If you would like to exchange your Ampli Ear
for a different size, please return the unit in
its original packaging. On the outside of the
return envelope please mark "Exchange"

If you have purchased a Lifetime Guarantee with your Ampli
Ear and need it replaced please email us and provide your
last name, zip code, and original order number. Please click
on the email link to alert our office. For a more timely
response please indicate "Lifetime Guarantee" in the subject
