This is the first time these twelve ingredients have ever been combined:
1. Actaea Spicata: For pain in the small joints, this is a remedy of choice. Actaea can be used to soothe pain in the wrist, fingers, and toes as well as the knees, and ankles from overwork, sports injuries and arthritis.
2. Arnica Montana: For overall muscle aches and pains, and especially in the back and shoulders, this is a proven remedy.
3. Bryonia Alba: This treatment, derived from the white bryony vine - a plant that’s in the same family as the cucumber — is recommended for pain related to arthritis, joint pain, headache, abdominal pain, back spasms, and sciatica. Bryonia Alba is specially indicated for pains that get worse with motion and improve with rest.
4. Calcarea Carbonia: For skin, relieves rheumatoid pains, rheumatism in lumbar region, swelling of joints (especially knees), and cramps in calves.

10. Rhododendron Chrysanthum: Derived from the leaves of the snow rose plant, this treatment is mainly used as a remedy for arthritis pain and gouty symptoms with swollen joints, stiffness of neck, pain in shoulders, arms, wrists, and toe joints.
11. Rhus Toxicondendron: This is probably the most-recommended homeopathic remedy for pain. Rhus Tox is made from poison ivy. It’s useful for arthritis, hot painful swelling of joints, pain and stiffness in small lower back pain, sprains and strains.
12. Salicylicum Acidum: This is useful when experiencing swollen, painful knees and for acute rheumatism.
